JEE Main will be conducted two times in a year (January & February) on computer-based mode by National Testing Agency. Candidates can appear two times for JEE Main. If given two times then the best score between the two sessions will be considered for merit list /ranking.
JEE Advanced is conducted every year by one of the seven Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) namely IIT Kharagpur, IIT Kanpur, IIT Madras, IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati, and IIT Roorkee or Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore, under the aegis of the Joint Admission Board (JAB). Admissions to Bachelor’s, Integrated Master’s and Dual Degree programmes (entry at the 10+2 level) in all the 23 IITs, including the Indian School of Mines (ISM), are done on the basis of ranks obtained by candidates in JEE Advanced.
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate) or NEET (UG), formerly the All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT), is an all India pre-medical entrance test for students who wish to pursue undergraduate medical (MBBS), dental (BDS) and AYUSH (BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, etc.) courses in government and private institutions in India and also, for those intending to pursue primary medical qualification abroad.It is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
MHT CET (or Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) is a common state level entrance exam conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Government of Maharashtra every year for admission to undergraduate engineering, pharmacy and agriculture courses such as B.Tech/ B.E, Pharma D and B.Pharma offered at colleges in Maharashtra.
